ABOUT

Design That Works in the Real World

Ideas only succeed when they translate into products, packaging, and brand systems that function clearly in the environments they are meant for - whether on retail shelves, in pharmacies, or across expanding product portfolios.

Wintorque operates as a focused, founder-led studio. Every project is personally led from initial brief through concept development and final production artwork, ensuring continuity of thinking and close attention to the details that determine how design ultimately performs in the market.

For specialized requirements such as structural prototyping or print sampling, Wintorque collaborates with trusted industry partners while remaining closely involved throughout the process. Clients therefore work directly with senior design leadership rather than layers of agency teams.

The Experience Behind Wintorque

Nupur Mukhopadhyay, Founder

Wintorque was founded by Nupur Mukhopadhyay, a design leader with over 25 years of experience across brand, product, and packaging design.

Her career spans global media and consumer brands where design operated at scale - across multiple product categories, markets, and manufacturing environments.

Before founding Wintorque, she held senior creative and brand leadership roles at:

• The Walt Disney Company
• Turner International
• Viacom18

These roles involved building and managing brand ecosystems across South Asia - translating global intellectual properties into consumer products, retail experiences, and licensed product categories.

Earlier in her career, she also worked with Mattel, gaining hands-on exposure to product development and brand-led design thinking.

Working across these organizations meant operating at the intersection of design, licensing, marketing, and manufacturing - where creative decisions needed to scale across multiple partners and product formats.

This cross-industry experience now informs Wintorque’s approach: combining creative thinking with a strong understanding of how design functions in real production environments.

Experience Across Industries

Wintorque’s work has spanned multiple sectors including:

• Pharmaceutical and wellness brands

• Personal care and skincare products

• Consumer products and licensed brands

• Media and entertainment brand ecosystems

While the industries may vary, the focus remains consistent: creating design systems that are clear, scalable, and practical to implement.
